Hotel guests will receive a
Players Card upon check in. One card per guest,
per each night's stay will be issued. To receive
the discount offer, Players Cards should be
turned in to the pro shop at your chosen golf
course. Call the golf course directly for your
advance tee time reservations. Advance tee time
registration must be made prior to your golf
date. Rainchecks are issued at the discretion of
the management at each golf course. Check the
course policy before playing.
The Players Card is non-transferable. The Card
may not be used with any other discount offer or
coupons. Rates for lodging and golf are subject
to change without notice and the Brainerd/Baxter
Lodging Association is not liable for errors
with motel rates or course discount specials.
Tax is not included. Printed rates are not valid
holidays or holiday weekends. Credit cards will
be charged for no shows. Get your Players Card
now and start golfing today!
When you arrive for your stay, you’ll receive
the FREE Players Card for reduced rates at the
area’s best courses, listed on pages 2-6.
All lodging rates are per room, per night,
double occupancy, do not include tax, and are
subject to change and include the Players Card,
listed on pages 10-14.

Wing County Airport. For flight information and

• To make your tee times call your desired golf
course directly, pages 2-6.
• When you check in to your hotel, you will
receive a Players Card (one card,
per person, per each nights stay). Your Players Card will expire on your

out date.
• Give your Players Card to the Pro Shop to
receive your golfing discounts.
