St Patricks Day Parade

Downtown Brainerd is proud to host the 14th annual St Patricks Day Parade. "The Day of the Festival of Patrick" is a cultural and religious holiday typically celebrated on March 17th. It is named after Saint Patrick  the most commonly recognised of the patron saints of Ireland. The traditional day commemorates Saint Patrick and the arrival of Christianity in Ireland, as well as celebrates the heritage and culture of the Irish in general.

Downtown Brainerd rolls out an afternoon of activities for all ages including a medallion hunt,  kids costume contest starting at noon, and a parade kicking off at 1:00 through historic downtown Brainerd. Come win one of many great prizes and celebrate St Patricks day in style.

Enjoy the festivites, stop in a tavern for green beer, visit the unique shops, or stop for ice cream or fine chocolates. Downtown Brainerd offers plenty of things to do for all ages.

 Event Date: March 15th
